Lithe is pleased to offer free shipping on selected orders.
Worldwide shipping coverage

Processing & delivery times
Order processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Standard processing time: 1–2 business days.
- During high-volume periods, processing may extend up to 5 business days.
- You will receive a notification once your order ships.

Address accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.
- Address changes cannot be made after order placement.
- Lithe is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- If we make an error, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost or stolen packages
Lost packages
- Packages are considered lost if tracking shows no updates for 20 days.
- Contact hello@staylithe.com to process a replacement for lost packages.
- Claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Delivered but missing packages
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package:
- Check around your property and with neighbours.
- Wait 1–2 business days for possible redelivery.
- File a claim with your local post office.
